NL: Train je billen, benen en buik tijdens deze workout. Daag jezelf steeds meer uit in gewichten verhogen en progressie maken. ENG: Train your glutes, legs, and abs during this workout. Challenge yourself to increase the weights and make progress.

Cancellation Policy

NL: Bij inschrijving bij GymConnection ga je akkoord met onze algemene voorwaarden, privacyverklaring en het sleutelbeheer van de locatie. Open Gym uren • De ruimte dient altijd netjes en schoon achtergelaten te worden. • Eventuele schade of kapot gemaakte materialen zijn voor eigen rekening. • Het gebruik van de sleutel voor vrij trainen is op eigen risico. • Voor het sleutelbeheer wordt een borg van €20,- gevraagd. Bij het inleveren van de sleutel wordt dit bedrag teruggestort. • Een training tijdens open gym telt mee als les in je abonnement. Annuleren • Annuleren kan tot 6 uur van tevoren via de Community Whatsapp groep. • Bij te late annulering wordt de les als gevolgd geregistreerd en kan deze niet ingehaald worden. • Zo krijgt iemand anders de kans om jouw plek in te nemen en blijft de planning eerlijk voor iedereen. Open Gym hours • The space must always be left tidy and clean. • Any damage or broken equipment will be charged to you. • Use of the key for free training is at your own risk. • A deposit of €20 is required for key management. This amount will be refunded when the key is returned. • A workout during open gym counts as a class in your subscription. Cancellation • Cancellations can be made up to 6 hours in advance via the Community WhatsApp group. • If you cancel too late, the class will be registered as attended and cannot be made up. • This gives someone else the opportunity to take your place and keeps the schedule fair for everyone.
